I just want to Thank Robert Williams publicly for helping me out with the hydraulic roller lifters I needed to finish my motor. The man gave up his own Hyd roller lifters, which are nationally backordered as he knew I had serious time constraints as I'm moving up north at the end of June and need my motor back by then. He even shipped out the lifters prior to receiving the payment which I thought was first class and the lifters themselves were brand new.

I seriously recommend doing business with Robert or just chatting with him or doing both

I thought that good customer service had died with the birth of the large discounters like Costco, Sam's Club, or anywhere else someone can save a buck on a $10 item.

It seems that just about every purchase I make anymore turns into a hassle in some form.

We should reward people like Robt. Williams with our business even though the purchase might be slightly more expensive. Isn't dealing with knowledgeable, honest and helpful people worth paying a little more?

Ditto on Robert's helping out. He gave me some good insights in my recent "titl filter" inquiry.
Thank you Robert!

Robert also helped me out of a freeze plug situation early in the year. Thanks again!

Hey men, i thank you all for the kind words, but there are a whole bunch of good people on this PY board. I learn something everyday on this board. I wish my ex-wives talked that good about me, but that's another story. But Chris if that is really you in the photo let me know and i will send you a case of some Fine New York State Wine. Just kidding but let me know when you move back up here to the Big Apple, and maybe we can take our Firebirds down to Brooklyn and show NUNZI how real Pontiacs run, ya right.
