Simple project- repaint the rallys on the T/A complicated by Lacquer Charcoal paint when the silver was enamel.

Called PY to let them know about my problem, they said they'd contact the vendor to find out what was up..got right back to me to let me know the vendor had supplied the wrong paint. Later called again to make arrangements to send me replacements of BOTH colors. I said that wasn't necessary as I should have read the labels more closely, but Brian?? insisted.

All in all, a wonderful ending to a frustrating problem underscoring why I like doing business with PY. I wish customer service like this were contagious to other businesses. I'm putting together my 2002 shopping list for PY only.

Nice comments...Agreed!

I have my shopping list prepared, and it is well over $2000 worth of parts, and I will be going to PY with the order.
