Does anyone know the measurement of the distance between the center of the piston pin and the top of the piston? I need two measurements if possible both for flat top pistons. I need one for a 428 and the other for a 455. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Unchained

Approx. 1.615" for the 428 and 1.490" for the 455 if my maths are right.

1.595" for the 428 unless my math is off.

Keith Black lists the compression height for their pontiac pistons here.

Feidlerh is correct.
