Default Kudos to PY!

I recently placed an online order with our sponsor. Two days later, I received an email that the part was backordered for 2 to 3 weeks and asked if that would be OK. I replied that would be no problem, and very shortly I received an email telling me the part would be sent as soon as it arrived. I compare this to my experience with another vendor, whom I called three times to check on an order status, and was finally told that one of the items two items was on BO. Had I not called, I would not have known the part wasn't going to make it with the original order until I saw the packing slip.

PY also responded quickly to an email regarding applicability of one of their parts. I'm still waiting on a response from the other vendor to the question emailed on August 25.

Great service, PY!

true

quite a few of the other joints will tell you it's in stock regardless of whether it is (paddock)

and then (paddock) will tell you it'll be in stock in a week
and keep extending that 'week' indefinitely

i definitively agree that PY has a very friendly and conveniant customer service. just the fact that they answer any mail earns gold!

i order my parts from overseas and this is very important to me.

they also give me the choice to use a more affordable shipper than UPS as an alternative that takes a little bit longer, but the also ship with UPS whenever i wish.

AND they are able to pack my items just perfect.

A+++ to PY!!!

I'm glad to hear others have good luck with PY, I on the other hand am growing displeased with the service and quality of parts I have received from them. Sorry to say!
