Options
Thanks for the compliments. It is a 4 speed car, with console, 3.90 Safe T- Track, Ram Air III, with a number of other options. Yes the car is all original paint but for a small area that the dealer in Tennessee touched up after delivery. It is a time capsule and we are lucky to have it. Even the exhaust, exhaust extensions, are original. It has a black interior. It just turned 50K miles this summer (50,080). It will be at Nationals in St. Louis this year.

Baja Gold Judge
Thought I would mention that the Judge was photographed and will appear in an upcoming issue of Pontiac Enthusiast magazine. I was pleased that the photographer chose to take shots of the carpet tags (McGee carpet company, 1969), seat belt tags, radiator tags, spiral shocks, carb numbers, touch-up paint kit, factory paint marks on the hood, time card found under seat, etc.). For those interested in originality, I hope the article is beneficial.
By the way, the body (and all other sheetmetal) to our 1969 Judge was just final e-coated. I know there has been a lot of discussion about whether that is the right thing to do or not. After watching the process, seeing the end result, understanding the 12 step neutralizing process, etc. I would never do it any other way. The 1969 should be done next May. I would be happy to try and post pics of the process although I have about 200 photos at this point. The hard question is whether it will be too good to drive. The beauty of these cars is looking at them, then getting behind the wheel. We had a blast this week with our 1970 cruising through the forests of southern Wisconsin! |

Hi there,Thats my old car you have there!! Its good to see it again. You must be the guy who bought it from colin. You are wrong about the shocks. They were missing when i had it. The guy Jim who I sold it to bought shocks from Ebay and installed them. Check the date codes. The car is beautiful with only the top of the drivers fender being repainted. Color is a little off in certain light but its a nice car. The guy before me stole the original spare from it before i got it so I put a correct one in it. I think I still have some paperwork from it. Sold new at Barnes motors in Tennesee. Original owner has a funky first name. I also got some great shots of it when i had it. I sold it in 94 to buy a Ram iv judge.
