Can anyone give me a value range for an original lower air baffle for a '69 Firebird? I have one that a guy wants to buy, but I am not sure what it is worth.
This is the lower pan, behind the lower valance. I do not believe anyone is reproducing these. It was used for air flow to the radiator. It is different than the spoiler. Thanks for any help, Pyro |

Those pieces are good property. You are right I don't think anyone does reproduce steel ones, however fiberglass ones are available. However, the reviews I have heard on them are not always favorable. I have seen nice ones on ebay go for more than a couple hundred bucks. Do a completed item search and you can see for sure.

I put one on e-bay about a couple years ago for $10 and didn't even get a bid. Go figure....

I bought a really rusty one for a friend fo $35...but I `ve been bidding on a few lately for another friend...they go for about $165-185 seems like... (fiberglass repro is about $95) , a VERY nice one would go for $200 + maybe?
I tried unsuccessfully here in town to get the metal ones reproduced...too much involved. if you are interested in selling one w/o going on EPay... I might have a buyer for ya! email me direct at [email protected]
