I have no experience with '64 GTO tl bezels but asked a lot of people questions about platers in preparation for having a bunch of '61 and '62 full size items done. The shops I came down to were Paul's Chrome in Pennsylvania and The Finishing Touch in Chicago. The man at The Finishing Touch told me he did Scott Tieman's work. I checked with Scott and he told me "yes" that was true.
He said items look like jewelry when they come back. Then I heard about a place called AIH in Dubuque Iowa which I was told actually does the plating for The Finishing Touch. I sent a pair of '61 Headlight bezels to them and they came back perfect, with a lifetime guarantee. Scott has restored a number of GTOs so I'd imagine he has had '64 tail lights done before. You might call him, The Finishing Touch people, or AIH and ask.

None of the above places are fast or cheap.
