Default EBAY scammer..partsunlimited

This guy is in California and has a significant problem selling parts in Canada.
I have a broker for parts procured from Summit / Jegs or EBAY so I'm not a newbie to the problem of parts availability. My issue was after we tried to close the transaction the shipping costs DOUBLED. Then neg feedvack (BLAH BLAH).. Almost instantly there are 5-6 private sales to bump up his positive feedback>>> We have no opportunity to complain about the treatment received, Another reason to be careful on EBAY. Ninty nine percent of the sellers are good guys and the one percenters screw things up. Sorry for the rant but this guy is off the wall. MacDon
