be careful of your PMs at PZ
looks as if the admins over there have been reading some old PMs i had that had some tech advice from someone who's opinion i value.
they deleted ALL my PMs... ...then started a thread bashing that person, and using a quote from my PMs saying that it was an "e-mail that was forwarded to him, and that this person should re-consider who his friends are." ok, after talking to the main admin over there, i will recant the statement that they got into my PMs - looks as if someone else hacked into it, and sent the message to him.
an old message at that, and hopefull this will be straightened out. Mike may be abrasive, and cocky, but he does admit when he is wrong, so i have no doubt that it was sent to him. |

Sorry to hear that even happened Tom. I'm glad to hear it's getting straightened out. I saw your thread about it over there last night and I have to say I didn't know what to make of the situation. Myself, I couldn't see Mike doing something like that and thought I'd wait and see what the outcome was. Whoever pulled that stunt needs to be banned. There are enough problems over there without that kind of crap.

ok, i did find out that the PM was actually forwarded to a moderator in confidence, most likely in hopes that he would moderate the situation - then sent a copy to Mike.
not sure at this point what the outcome was meant to be after sending it to Mike, but it blew up, and i feel compelled to try to restore P-body's good name. |
