Default Summit shipping... WOW!

I ordered a wheel from summit yesterday around 3pm. The sale guy said it would be 2-4 days. I got home from work today and the wheel was sitting there. Less than 24 hours! Great job Summit!

Default If it ever...

takes more than a day or two from Ohio to Michigan...your stuff is lost. Not to take anything away from Summit, but the kudos goe to your shipper, as the order is electronically generated upon entry. One good thing about living in Michigan, I guess! lol Ron

I live about 1/2 hour+ from Summit but with the cost of gas it's cheaper & easier to have smaller items shipped rather than make the drive over & back to get it. Unless I really need it NOW. I've ordered at 6PM and had the box at my door the next morning.

Summit is "instant gratification". Seems like I look in the catalog, decide what i want, and whoa, it's at my door the next day.

I love it.

Jim

Summit and Scott Esterlee are the best, no doubt about it.

Last week I ordered some stuff and usually it's at the house the next day when I get home from work. In this case it wasn't so I called Summit to get the tracking #'s and found out the package was supposably delivered but nothing was at the house. The rep from Summit said he would ship the order again and send it next day as long as I would work with them on the claim with UPS. Got my parts the next day (thank God!). 3 days later on Sunday, I find the original package on my front porch (UPS delivers on Sunday?) Great customer service in a time when Customer Servie comes at a premium.

usually get my stuff within a day or two, but what I also like is that fact that they charge a flat rate of like 8 bucks for the entire order, as long as there are no oversize items. Great deal...

I ordered a few times from Summit and as soon as I hung up the phone, the UPS truck was pulling up to my house!!!
Not really but they were there the next day with my go fast goodies! Awesome service!
