Default PPG clear over HOK urethane striping paint?

im assuming this is ok.....?

hok has a line of pinstriping paint out, and it must be cleared because its basically just basecoat in a small can. (urethane).
i know that i should stay with one product line, but its not going on a car,...its just a bowling pin that i painted up.
ppg clear (shop line) should be ok right?

also,...is this clear good to spray with just the two parts, or does it also need to be thinned?

It will be fine but Id use the thinner if your going to spray it.
