Default phillip5603; E-bay ripoff, BEWARE!

Guy in michigan doing business on E-bay by phillip5603, Blue water classifieds @ 3189 Streeter Dr. Ft, Gratiot, Michigan.
Sent me a 78 bird dash that supposedly had an unbroken/damaged frame w/ no holes stripped. Got it and it is a piece of sh*t! Inner pieces broken & missing for obviously a long time . Beware! He refused to make good. Claims to be a Pontiac hobbiest?

A real POS!
I'm contemplating driving the 6 hours to see this little MOFO.

Default Get your money back.

I had the same situation over a ram air carb pan. However, if you used PayPal, you can have your credit card/bank retract the payment.

It took a while, two months, but it worked. Paypal got their nose out of joint but I just told them that they had the opportunity to address the issue and failed to do so.

Until we start taking E-bay and Paypal to task, they aren't going to do anything for us. Hit them in the pocket book. Good hunting..

Hard-Timess: Did you get your money back from ebay user "superdutyfirebirds" for the ram air pan? I hope you did. I emailed that slimball back on Feb 7, 2006 when I saw your previous thread. Maybe that helped him see his error. He never responded to this email.

This auction description was deceptive and you know it. You should issue at least a partial refund to the buyer because you are just building bad business in the Pontiac community.

Don't say buyer beware either because your intent when you were sitting at your keyboard writing this description was to intentionally sell a fiberglass pan and hoping the buyers would think they were bidding on a steel pan.

Shame on you. In case your memory is lacking here is the link:

A lack of response to this email will prove my accusations correct.

Contact the buyer and get this resolved!
