I ordered some stuff for the first time from them last week and they showed up in 3 days and that was with the cheapest delivery option. Everything was packaged pretty well.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size header reducers so I need to send them back so I guess we'll see how well their returns work. But so far yeah, very smooth experience.

I've also had great dealings with Summit - I just counted 7 orders since last August. Only downside is I find myself ordering all kinds of stuff that I don't really "need," since shipping is only $8.95 (or close to that) no matter what you order. I've got a list going on my computer for my next order all the time...when I get 5 or 6 things, I place another order. Very satisfied customer so far!

Thanks for the orders. The returns process should work smoothly for you. If you have any problems let me know.

I used to work in the office next to them in Akron, but didn't know much about them until recently. I'm originally from Columbus. (home of Jegs). I used to buy everything years ago from Jegs, but Summit has been my preffered place of business since getting back in to cars. They are great, everthing comes fast, and they have good prices. I usually order when they have those free shipping days!

...that's too bad! I go back to work at Jeg's next week...even get my same desk and extention back, but I don't get a nickle off of Summit's parts. Oh, well. lol Anyway, hope you have better luck with their parts than the guy that got our old race car. He lives in Akron, and with Summit's help, slowed the car from 10.70's to 11.40's. Just kidding, Dino. I know you'll get her ironed out! BTW...I have a crate full of Speed-Pro and Clevite Pontiac bearings. Jeg's probably only had 455 rod bearings and no 400 rod bearings. I know that happened to a PY member once. LMAO! Good luck. Ron

Summit is real nice. It is nice to live within reasonable driving distance. the only time you can't have parts the same day if they have them in stock is if it is between the hours of 9pm and 7 am every day. The show floor rivals a candy store to a 5 year old...especially the head display.
