Are there factory 15 x 8 rims rally rims and if so were do you measure from?

That sounds like the outside measurements for 15x7 wheels. I could be wrong though. Someone else will chime in soon.

The factory never produced a 15 x 8 Rally II as measured from bead seat to bead seat. If you string a tape measure from outside lip to outside lip on a 15 x 7 it will measure 8".

Aftermarket did make them though. I have some 15x10s too.
