Default Fat Mat

Has anyone had any problem with the fatmat people? They sell under Nitro Fitness in Corry, PA. The reason I ask is on 6/21 I ordered some fatmat and rattle trap, was told it would ship and be here in 10 days. On 6/28 had received no notice of shipping, called and was told fatmat would go out on 6/29 and rattle trap on 7/3 and I would receive shipping notice via e-mail. They processed my credit card payment on 6/23. Well you guessed it- today is 7/6 and no notice and/or product and only get their answering machine that says "we are unable to answer your call now, please call back". Does this have a foul smell to anyone else?

Strange. I've used their product, but I purchased on eBay through a reseller, so I have no direct experience with the company. Be glad you used a credit card, just incase you need to fight the charges.

Just found this, which, although bad news, should make you feel better: http://feedback.ebay.com/ebaymotors/...494338&frm=284

Seems their feedback on eBay got pretty lousy, and they signed up for a new name. I just did some reading on the product, and the hardcore car audio guys think the asphalt based stuff is junk. On top of that, its adhesion is questionable, and it's only good to 180 degrees. Might be time to rethink things and cancel your order.

mwritter: thanks for checking that out.. your right not exactly what I wanted to here, but thats how it goes sometimes. I did get a live person today and the fatmat part of my order shipped today (I have a link from them to track) so we will see, the other should ship on Thursday. They said shipping was backed up and would waive shipping charges (funny they are on my credit card) so I will wait to see if I get a refund and for the fatmat to arrive. Thanks again for looking that up.

Larry - no problem, glad I could help. I ran into that info a thread on another site and thought the info would help you out. Good luck with the FatMat, just remember when you put it down to plan for anywhere you might need to get at later. It doesn't come off. At all.
