Cool 93 Grand Am cold a/c but not strong blow

Hello,
I have a 93 Grand Am that has cold a/c but I can not get any volume of air out of the vents I did find the flap was broken and replaced it and I have watched it and it seems to close correctly and the blower motor is also new could there be something plugging the air chamber somewhere and how would I be able to check that?

I've seen GM evaporators get plugged up with oily crud so badly that air can't go through. You may be able to see the evaporator if you take the blower motor out. I can check at work and see if you can't figure it out.

FYI, all the heater air goes through the evaporator first, so the airflow will be restricted even if the AC is off.

That makes sense even when the heater is on full there is not much airflow.
