What size are the bolts that hold the flexplate to the crank? I need the bolt head size.

Should be 3/4, or 19 mm.

but not necessarily hex head, some were 12 point heads. hard on sockets since no impact sockets are made that way.

Can't use socket anyway. Have to make a long wrench to get between flexplate and converter to tighten loose flex bolts. Don't want to pull trans till next spring. Just need to start engine to add antifreeze.

sorry, no easy way to tighten and torque bolts with trans and convertor in car, bolts should have been lock tited in place to begin with.
