Default headrest

how do you pull the headrests out of 3rd gen firebird seats i want to pull mine off of some 90 ish gta seats (lots of moving parts,bellows,stuff) and replace them with plain firebird headrests. thanx joel

Inside that bellow(?) is the single lift rod.You'll need a special ,thin steel tool that disengages the locking tab on that lift rod. You pull the rest up,expose the lift rod, insert the tool in the front part,push the headrest down all the way and then lift it back up and out.

Or...you drive to your local trim shop and have them do it in two minutes as they have experience and the flat steel tool.
