get new aftermarket rear axles in 5 x 5 or have yours drilled as well as the drums to match. on front, have to change hubs and drill drums or rotors. there are no 5 x5 drums or discs that fit the A body backing plates and brakes, unless you convert to the full size brakes. This is a lot of work. Finding adapters should be easier, but then the offset will be changed for the rims and not as strong as without adapters. not good for any kind of rapid speed, adapter will fail.

actually I think you can get away with that. the brake backing plates for 76 lemans sedans are able to be bolted on your 10 bolt or 12 bolt a body rear end. they are same in all other respects to the 11 drums used on the b body cars. So what you want to do is get the 73 and later "A" body wagon or 76 and later "A" body wagon or sedan rear drum backing plates. The brake hardware is the same A or B body for these years but you will need to use your old park brake cables. then get your new axles with the 5X5 pattern and the B body drums. The b body wagons and heavy duty applications had 1 inch DIA. wheel cylinders, standard b body and a body's had the 15/16ths inch DIA. as did any a body with front discs. drum/drum applications used 7/8th inch dia wheel cylinders. Hope I have not confued you too much.
