Back in 85-86...when I had my fast as you know what 69 GTO....I went took it to the late night street races here in Dallas......at a street named Emerald....(I think that it is spelt that way)....any way it was my turn up at the line...and I was against a 67 Camaro...and I power braked my car and smoked out a huge crowd of people with a wall of tire smoke.......when we took of....I was crushing the dude.......by about 2 car lenghts........and all a sudden he just rocketed past me with ease........(he has NOS)......right after that happened my passenger side front frame carcked and I was barely able to maintain control of my 69'er............that car was and incredible car..............their was something special in her metal..........really..........she ran tough,fast,hard,...and more.......on any given day..........
