Key safe and valuable safe--two questions.
You people that have a lot of cars/parts cars, how do you keep your keys organized? I'd like to have a key safe like I see on It Takes A Thief. The key safe they show is a key pad deal that requires no key
Also, I have a bunch of titles to cars that I don't want to lose. What kind of home safe would you recommend--so I don't have to deal with a safe deposit box at a bank? Thanks, |

My fireproof filing cabinet serves as an excellent spot for titles and keys. The thing is virtually impossible to move be yourself without a heavy duty dolly and the ability to rock it on the dolly. At 270 I can barely move it and wouldn't think of going out the door with it. It has 2" thick concrete sides and three drawers. Lots of room to put a ton of documents, some important and others as filler. One little key with a limited access. Has prevailed in one break in two years ago. He tried and moved on.
