Default Overdrive Manual in place of Muncie?

Good morning Guys. Does anyone know what 5-speed or 6-speed will bolt up in place of the '64 Muncie currently in my '63? The rear gears have to be on the order of 4.30 or greater and I would like to put an overdrive trans in. Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks tom. Will I need a different bellhousing or will it bolt up to the existing one? Ideally, I'd love a 6-speed out of a newer trans-am or camaro. Will that fit?

they are not as strong and a lot harder to put in.The Tremic will bolt up to your stock bellhousing, will need to make your tunnel and little taller and a shorter drive shaft..Search chevy 5 speed, they seem to have the best deals.Tom
