Rally IV concept
Kinda crappy, but my real photo editors aren't accessible. Imagine this in a 17/18" size w/ some 275 or 285 sized rubber around it.

No, a Rally III was Pontiac's late 70's/early 80's Rally wheel w/ an inversed paint job.
This wheel is not from a late GTO, and is intended to be retro'd onto my 71 T/A clone.
