Default Ohio out of state title - vin inspection

Just bout a car from Arkansas and want to get Ohio title. Car is not drivable and it needs to have the vin verified by an Ohio DMW approved inspector - mostly new car dealerships or the DMV... Problem is I can't get the car there anyone have ideas or know someone? Other than renting a trailer for the day ? Thx

do this quite often

depending on your county, you may have to rent a trailer for the day

if you're still in franklin county, call the BMV and they'll give you the phone # of an inspector that will come to your house and look at it
Franklin County is great, in that respect

Warren county, on the other hand...you have to trailer the car there
