******BUYERS BEWARE******
I think most of you know who bighooch is AKA (Pat)...Hes from indiana has all the TA's, Firebirds...Im not gonna get into details...but i will say this....he royally screwed me over on a bunch of parts and now the guy wont return my phone calls....Hes been avoiding me all week....so if anyone else is going to be dealing with him...i would advise you different

I agree Bart because TAC deleted the apology thread that I linked to as well as original thread titen14 posted to trash the guy. Apparently Pat goes away for several days at a time and was unable to respond.

Here is the story, and I am sure AL ( the guy who started this will post his agreement)
Al purchase a Truckload of items from me Rust free fenders, and complete 71 nose, some interior panels, and a set of 1971 Seat CORES, some brand new PUI seat covers and a new ACS carpet and some other small items Everything was fine untill he romoved the tracks from the seats The frames were rotted and the bolts stripped out Al could not get a hold of me for THREE days He freaked out and started to panic When I called him back I gladly told him I would replace the seats with another set I have and I am even sending some more parts he needs....All is good with AL As for Uprmich.. Why not tell the whole story??????? How you sent a deposit in JUNE and youwere going to pick up the car BY the END OF THE MONTH... Then nothing from you YOU would not answer MY phone calls or MY emails Other members here and at TAC wanted that car but I could not sell it because You had made a deposit. I held the car untill the last day I had to move them constantly leaving you messages and even sending PMs through this board with no Response untill DECEMBER!!! I put the car in storage and told you to contact me and I would tell you how to get it You have never called me, I posted my cell in this forum so you and ANYONE Else who thought they should call me about it would have my number. You never called You have not sent me n email since JAN of 2007 You know you did not follow through, You know you were wrong that is why you ignore me now except when I post here. Everytiime I post something for sale here or my name comes up YOU call me a thief and tell YOUR incorrect side of the story. The Car is still in Atlanta JUST AS YOU REQUESTED. AS soon as the storage eats up your deposit I will go get the car and bring it up here. Once again I lost the sale of that car to other members because YOU wanted it then YOU could not pay for it when promised. The car HAD to move I lost my storage and you would not answer me. oK Pat, I'll admit to not emailing you since early in the year. I simply had other things that needed my attention and the energy wasn't there to continue to get an email/pm with your phone number which you don't answer. That didn't quite work as it looked but the dates are clear. And I had NO CLUE that the car was still in Atlanta as you told me you were moving them 3-4 a month. Put up some email/communication from your end and I'll stand corrected. Oh, and how much is this storage you mentioned?

Lets say what you just posted is 100% accurate.....:-ohwell: The first email you show here after the deal was made is Sept 28th,, I did not receive this one if yousent it,, That is 4 months after you sent the deposit, 3 Months AFTER you promised to pick up the car. Post all the stuff you want, BUT you put down a deposit in JUNE and were suposed to pick up the car by the END of the month... What happened. The next email is in DEC YOU have not called me or left ONE voice Mail You did not follow through, You were not completely honest. I do not know what the issue was, but YOU did not call me back OR answer my emails the WHOLE summer. PY is not a JURY, so I will not be posting all my emails here trying to get the members " on my side" You know what happened and by ANYONE looking at the dates here they know what happened too And about you haveing NO CLUE the car was in ATL.... Get real, In the last post that you started this BS in I told you the SAME thing and you still have not called me I posted the car was in storage in ATL in the link above you can read it, I sent you many emails stating the car was still in ATL just like you wanted. I did everything I promised and you jacked me around until you were ready. I have also sent you PMs through this board and TAC which you ignored. And so everyone can see how you are You posted this message acting all perfect and you still have not called me, The car has been in storage for just over a year, Inside storage in ATL.

I dont know what happened but i couldnt get logged on after i made the post....I just want to send an apology to Pat as he did call me the same day i posted this and we did work everything out. i wasnt aware he traveled alot so i jumped the gun. He even gave me more parts i needed at no additional cost which says alot about his character. So with this said my apologies to Pat and this subject is over
