Richmond Gear
Has anyone had any trouble with tech support? I called Monday, Tuesday, and (twice)Thursday! I'll give them until Friday to call me. I know I'm a small fish in the pond but this could have been handled on the first call.

Nope. Call & ask for Jeff he is a Pontiac guy or Johnny. They only have like two people answering the phones. Did you leave a message or did you wait on hold.
