Default 64 Console Bonneville Linikage

I have a 64 Bonneville with a console and SuperHydramatic. I'm looking for a shifter linkage piece between the shifter and the tranny. I just need one stinking bent flat stock piece to get this thing going. I have a .pdf of the parts blow-up and the piece that I can email. If I could just get some good pictures or measurements I could make the darn thing. Grand Prixs and Catalinas are different, as are Column shifting Star Chiefs and Bonnevilles. Anyone know of a console shift 63 or 64 Bonneville that can help? I can't upload pictures on this site (they always fail).

Here you go. These pics may help you. They are from a 63 Bonneville with console shifter. Sorry about the grease...but, I did not take these pics.

B-A-B, get in touch with either Steve Barcak in Arizona (Pontiac Heaven) or Steve Snyder in Indiana (IndianaPontiacs.com) ... these are A-1 guys and probably have a few...

I tried Steve, no luck. Sent an email to PontiacHeaven--no reply, at least yet.

Mike:

I just remembered, try these folks: http://www.oldgoldcars.com/
Ask for Wayne, he's the owner. When I was there a few months back, he had a 63 Bonneville convertible with a console to the right of his office near the fence. The motor was still in it so I assume the tranny too.

You will have to email them from their web site as they are closed for the Summer until November

PS ...He is fair in price but, not cheap ..hence the name "old gold". But, he is a "Pontiac" person by heart. I have been dealing with him for about 15 years.

If this is the peace you need (photo), go to home depot and get a piece of steel stock and make one. That's a fairly simple piece to make.................

A friend of mine made this for me out of a super strong aluminum alloy. I'm going to give it a shot. It should work fine. I'll try to get it on tomorrow. I'd still like the real deal, if I can find one.

More of topic. I apologize. I hope to get to Gus's. Be nice to finally meet you. Buddy ever sell the Gold GP? I'm in the process of buying a 4 post lift, so the car is out. Wish I had that car though. I have a friend who may have found a console Bonneville at a bone yard up north. Keeping my fingers crossed.
