Well after a year and a half I am almost finished with my project. Ready to get out and enjoy it. I sure have learned a lot from these forums. Here are a couple of pictures of my car. Please let me know what you guys think.

Looks great, did you paint it yourself? I'm jealous that you restored a car in that amount of time!

Really nice car. I like the monochrome cars..that is, same color in and out.

Very nice. Are the back tires wider? What size are they?

NICE!
A/C car with the system removed? Love the steering wheel. I've considered one for my 69. Where did it come from? Kit? I like the Firestone's also. I'll consider those for my next tires. They look great! Engine? Stock or modified? Well done..........

Thanks guys for the comments I appreciate it. Yes it is Liberty blue color and I did paint it my self here at home in my garage, It was a a/c car but had none of the a/c components on it when I got it so I just left it that way for now.As for the tires I went with 275/60/15 on back and 235/60/15 on front and I ended up cutting 1 coil off the front springs to get it down in the front a little. The motor is just a 350 that was in there when I got it, runs ok but I plan on building a 400 later this summer to put in. I'm getting excited I just want to get out and enjoy it. Thanks again for the great comments makes me feel good, Thanks, Jeff

Jeff, Really sweet ride there. Those A/C delete covers sure are nice. The steering wheel looks like a mid 70's T/A wheel. Really nice paint for a home garage job. Enjoy it!

You did a great job Jeff. Liberty Blue is one of my fav colors. The car look fantastic.
Dont knock the 350 though. There are a lot of guys getting big HP out of that motor. Now go DRIVE IT!!! |

Car looks great, go enjoy it.
My wife's 69 Le Mans had the same color interior and formula wheel when we got it. I sold it, but now want to go back to it. Is that a reproduction or factory wheel? |

That steering wheel was already in the car when I got it , but I am pretty sure that it is an original and not aftermarket. At first I did not really like it but after I got the interior done and painted it I really like it now.
