Default Oil filter housing??

I have a Kauffman Racing Equipment block plate for my oil filter housing in order to run a remote filter setup.

Which port is for oil out from block and which is in from remote filter setup??

Thanks

Oil pickup (from the oilpump) is on the bottom of Pontiac engines. Oil delivery is on the top. - Bill -

RED FLAG!!

We've seen significant oil pressure loss from using remote filters. Be certain ALL the lines and fittings are LARGER than the holes they're "feeding" or being "fed" by. Also, the filter should be as close to "level" with the inlet/outlet as possible. Lastly, DO NOT hang the filter "upside down" (I've seen it more than once...). Prime the oiling sytem or fill the filter during oil changes.
