Not sure if any one has bought from this guy but buyer beware. Here are two eamils he sent me informing me he would not sell the seats I was high bidder on.
First off let me apologize for not responding to your previous messages sooner. I have been out of town since Monday (expected to be back Wednesday but not all went as smooth as planned). We have an issue with these seats however. I had these for sale locally as well and attempted to walk my girlfriend through on the phone how to end the auction early but she is quite computer illiterate and could not seem to get it. I have a local buyer that made an offer of $530 for these seats. I had them listed for $565 (I think we can both agree that is a much more fair price, in my haste to list I neglected to set a reserve on the eBay auction). If you are willing to match his offer I will give the seats to you as you went through the bidding procedure on eBay. Once again I sincerely apologize for the delay and the congestion with the local sale. Let me know what you decide. Thanks, Brian Wood Keith, I dont know what to tell you. The fact that the auction was allowed to finish to fruition was a mistake, as stated I tried to have the auction ended early. I am quite obviously not trying to "back out", I am merely trying to please both interested purchasing parties and at the same time get fair value for the seats. I just looked and there are two different auctions up right now for these same seats, so bid on those if you aren't willing to complete this transaction, the choice is entirely yours. Obviously I do not want more than the market stipulates as I have a buyer willing to pay the amount I am asking. File a complaint if you want, or finish this transaction for the price I have been offered and still get one hell of a deal. Let me know. -Brian Wood |

Get ahold of EBay and tell them he reneged on the auction. They'll take care of his dumb a**.

No they won't!
Went through the same thing a couple of months ago on a carb. The seller wanted more for it, re-listed, and sold it higher while blocking my bids. Luckily a buddy of mine here on the board bid for me and got it - for $500 more I might add! Leave bad feedback for him - it's about all you can do!
