It takes a SBC water pump. Can't remember right off who makes them. BOP, Butler, Kaufman?

I assume if you use that cover with a chevy water pump the correct pulley alignment is preserved? anyone know for sure? Chris

Assume what you will. Remember the old saw, and always measure. I don't now on my engine.

Ram Air Restoration has been selling a cast version of that cover for years.

I'm right there with you on the measure twice cut once. I used "assume" very lousily. I was hoping someone might have first hand experience with one?

Correct pulley alignment? It needs to use an electric water pump I believe.
Looks like you can run a short neck SBC mechanical water pump with the ram air cast one. So maybe you can with this billet one a s well.
