Default Thumbs up for Sears

Sears has taken some hits on this list for a number of short-comings, and rightfully so, I'm sure. Anyway, I thought I'd share my good experience.

I took my Craftsman electric-start mower in for service a week ago because the key start wouldn't work. Worked fine with the pull-start. It was still under the two-year warrantee. When I dropped it off, I left the charger unit along with it because I had no idea where the problem was.

I got a call last night to tell me that the mower was fixed. When I picked it up today, I found out that the battery was dead...so they replaced it...BUT, while they were at it, they replaced the whole wire harness for the electric start, gave me a new charger, replaced the front drive-wheels with new ones, and changed the oil. No charge! Zip, zero! I obviously left a very satisfied customer.
