Default steering collum dis assemble??

i got a 75 trans am the other day with a built 400and a stock th400 trans but i wanted to haul apart the steering collum to clean it up and check it out but dont know how to get tthe shaft out and i dont have a service manual for it yet .. can anybody help?

What sort of problems does it have? (tilt or standard?)

its a tilt and it feels like it may be binding a bit
