I belive this individual was associated with POCI at one time & is no longer with them. It is pretty unusual that just about everyone in POCI, is/ has been getting the same email requesting them to join. Looks like this person in Florida saved the POCI roster/email listing when he left POCI & is now using it to solicit members for his new site.

I have been a member for a couple years.
Has some useful info and getting more. Not a lot of members, it seems though. Has a forum also.

Larry Cummer, past Smoke Editor.
He was an alright guy, then he started the reg site a few years back  waste of $$ IMOI joined and then it seemed like it was more to do this and then that. Way to many free sites out there! Which have more to offer!
