Single heat riser or both? Flappers both there, actuators? Studs for brackets or no? How many holes in the bowl area?

Single heat riser (non-HO).
Both flappers are there, but one vacuum actuator is missing - can be scavenged off most any '60s/'70s GM air cleaner.
No studs on this one.
Holes in the bowl area? There is the one for the vent tube on the carb.
