My GTO has been sitting for about 10 years and I'm trying to get her going. Unfortunately, I've lost the keys. I pulled the ignition switch, but there's ignition 1 and 2, key + and -. Can someone help me out to get her started?

Or, how do you get the lock cylinder out of the switch to make the switch useable.

Take the switch to a locksmith and get a new key made.
