Trying to help a buddy with his 95 Olds 98 with 3.8 NA. He took out the rear main plate to replace the seal and is ready to put it back together. Each of the bolts that holds the plate to the engine has some sort of plastic grommet in it. It's almost clear in color and doesn't appear to be RTV, but I guess it could be. I can't find any mention of grommets for this application so I'm wondering if he's needing some new grommets or not. Thanks for the help!
