I don't know but from what I have seen of shorty headers for other application I don't think they offer any more flow that a set of RA manifolds. I'm sure the shortys weigh less though.

Harry K,nobody makes shorties for the round port heads.

Not for any chassis...

They would need to be a custom made deal.

I know,bummer right?

If one forces the shorties to be choked down to the same diameter down/head pipes as the RA mainfolds use,of course that will be the case.

The difference is the shorties can often use a somewhat larger diameter down/head pipe than even the "big outlet" RA manifolds use as SOP.

All the tests with shorties were done with OE pipe diameters, thus the results are a bit skewed by that restriction, and some of those tests even used compression bent tubing as well,so the only thing those tests conclusively showed me was the shorties would favor as large a tube dia. as will fit till the down/head pipe at least makes the first bend under the car.

So there is more potential in those shorties than any of the magazine tests would seem to suggest there is,folks just gotta read between the lines to figure that sorta thing out.
