Default Slip Yoke

Im confussed. I need to replace my slip yoke on my 69 GTO, Muncie 4 spd. I talked to D&L and they told me that I have a chevy slip yoke because it has the 1"1/16" dia u joint bearing hubs and that its not a Pontiac yoke as Pontiac yokes have 1"1/8" dia u joint bearing caps with inner retaining clips. But I bought U joints for a 69 GTO a few years ago and they fit right in. Anyone have any insight?? Thanks!

The yoke from a Pontiac Turbo 350 will fit. They do make different size yokes.
