Default Help Me Pick My Exhaust

Everyone,

I have a 1967 Firebird convertible with a 462 stroker putting out 585 Hp and 565 torque. I have Dougs headers (1 7/8 to 3.5" collector). I am going to dyna mat the floor. i want to hear the radio and carry on a conversation. I am looking for a 3" system with a throaty sound that lets you know I have power. I looking at the following systems, but am open to all suggestion.

-Flowmaster 3" American Thunder Series

-Pypes 3" Cross Flow w/street pros

What are your thoughts?

Thanks

You can have my x123 Xelerators if you want them...they are less than a year old....here's what they sound like at idle:

I think any 3" inch system is going to be loud enough to let people know you have power.

I have 2.5" exhaust from Ram Air Specialty but I wouldn't use them for what you have. I would consider Torq Tech instead.
