Default no rally gages working now

had no dash light but had rally gages all working got original dash light to work all but three so i hooked up single wire sockets back to the light switch now i have dash light and no rally gages do the rally gages get their power from the printed circuit panel is it a full 12 volts can i hook up a hot wire to the rally gages is there a way to test the circuit board out with out removing it thanks jim

If the gauges worked before, check the cluster ground.
