The bolts the hold the wp to the timing cover I striped one of the threads no leak. Can you just retap the hole? I am going to wait for October to due this only because I have to clearance the wp/divider plate. I have open the holes on the edlebrock crossover may have helped some. waiting on a shim kit from Jegs for the smaller wp pulley 5.75". Radiator is good, aluminum wp. temps got too 195*200* today stop and go. Have trans coller too. 50/50 mix with water wetter, and distilled water. 160 t-stat. My get a new when I do the wp divider. Electric fan Perma cool I think.

You can retap the hole and install a slightly larger bolt. However, the best method would be to helicoil the hole and reuse the original size bolt. The threads will be much stronger and wont pull out that way.

you may want to hold the heli coil in place with some thread locking compound
