Default 69 bird front side marker lights
are these lights supposed to blink with the directionals on, if so ive got something wired wrong

The side marker lights should not blink. It may be that you've crossed wires with the front parking lights (which do blink)... or, you have it right!

thats exactly what i did, even the hood tach was blinking hmmmmm got it now
