Default Poverty cap diameter? Need size...

I'm looking to verify the diameter of the standard rim poverty caps. IIRC the stock steel rims I have are 14" X 7" from a 1965 GM car. Do I just measure the inner circle where the caps attach?

I'm trying to have a cruise/show set of wheels/tires to make the car look more factory. I'm not worried about factory correct just a more stock looking appearance. JD

Arrow Dish size...

Hope this helps, below is a stock 66' Rim & Dog Dish/Poverty Cap.
The rim is 14X6 Width measured from the inner bead/lip to lip.
Cap ID is aprox 10.25.
Note the 3 mounting points on the rim, Not sure if all stock rims have them.

Thanks, my rim's look the same even have the 3 lugs for mounting. I found my NOS steely rim's in my inlaws storage. They were intended for a 1965 Biscayne restoration Pete & Jakes did for Dale Earnhart Sr. before he passed. He ended up goind with a different rim/tire combo. The car was really cool black w/red interior and a dual carbed 409 4-speed combo.

Thanks again!!! JD
