Default CK performance - transmissions

Hi everybody

i've heard good things here about http://www.ckperformance.com/

so i've decided to order a 200-R4, the full billet one ($1999,00), installation kit ($150,00) and shipping to France ($468,00).......a great amount of money.
it was october 22.

i have good contact by e-mail with them until i pay !!!!!!!!
after the day i've sent the money , i've sent them many e-mail with no answer .
we're november 24 and still waiting for an answer

is there anybody here who know them or live close enough to see if they're still alive
because i'm many thousand miles away, accros the ocean, it's not very easy for me to "come and see".

thanks for your help or advices

It was recommended to me that I buy my transmission from Chris at CK Performance. I spoke to him personally 2 weeks ago. I suggest that you call his shop by telephone. Eric

I experienced a period of silence from CK Performance between Ordering and Receiving. Otherwise fine.

Default CK PERFORMANCE

Hello.I received a link to an unhappy customer on this webpage.I dont feel it is right for me to have to tell my side of the story for the internet world to play judge and jury on my business practices. What I would like to say is the transmission has been shipped and the delay was not just us sitting around not getting things out on time.Ocassionally emails get deposted in spam files etc and overseas customers sometimes take a long time to respond. We are becoming extremely busy, almost 3 times busier than our previous years in business. We will not let the demand cause us to ship a substandard product.I will be here for all of you before ,aduring and long after the sale.Remember all of our units go on the dyno and then in a car prior to shipment to you.No one else is offering the type of product we have become known for. Please be understanding if there is a delay.Obviously months isnt acceptable. This year we have issues with only 2 of over 150 2004r transmissions we have sent out. This speaks volumes about our products.I issue is being resolved as we spreak and the other has been taken care of already. Thanks for listening and I would like all of you to know that I am grateful for your business and your belief in our products. It has allowed me to continue doing what I enjoy doing everyday.sincerely Cristoforos Kokkonis @ CK Performance products.
