Default 1970 Canadian Built Judge

Ram Air III, 4 Speed, Polar white w/ Black interior. Canadian built, documented through GM Canada (the only way to document any 1970 GTO built at the Oshawa, Ontario plant that was sold to the first retail customer as per Jim Madison from PHS). 1 of 442 Judges built in Canada. I was not able to verify how many of those were 4 speeds or polar white w/black int. This car is unrestored, unmolested with 112,000 miles in need of an easy restoration. The car was garaged the majority of it's life. Incredibly dry and rust free frame, trunk, and floors. Very little rust on body. Small hole on passenger side fender lower section. Some rust around drivers side wheel opening. Very minor rust on bottom of rear lower quarter panels. The hood is excellent as are trunk lid, doors, valance, and roof. The drivers side door jam retains the original GM Canada VIN decal. The driver side fender has a dent that is repairable or you can buy an NOS fender I have for sale. The interior is original and needs only a carpet and dash pad (crack in center). Headliner has a small dime sized tear above the package tray. Seats and door panels are nice originals. All dash components work including am radio. Strong oil pressure as indicated on original ralley cluster with tach. Car also has tilt, formula wheel in excellent condition, Rally II wheels, Power disc brakes, P/S, Windshield antenna, HD radiator, Posi rear. Console is excellent with original hurst shifter. Engine and drivetrain are original except for the block which is a SR block date coded B 12 3 (Feb 12 73). I is stampd SR and numbered at lower radiator hose area. Original M20 4 speed with original tag still bolted to housing. 3.55 posi rear w/ Y96 handling package. Ram air components are in tact and work as they should. Original ram air hood with functional inserts. Engine bay retains original GM Canada decal on passenger side fender well. The trunk is mint condition. Overall the car is an easy restoration. It retains the original judge stripes which were taped off to apply a coat of paint to keep down some surface rust spots that were on the car when I bought it. I have pics of the car before and after paint if you would like to check them. The car runs and drives. The mufflers need to be replaced. I have a complete Pypes exhaust system for sale as well. The gas tank was replaced 5 years ago. recently a center link and idler arm were replaced. It needs a front end alignment. The engine runs very strong but the clutch slips when you really rev the motor. I consider it safe to drive in the New England area. I also have a whole bunch of NOS and repro parts for it although I don't think they are all needed to restore the car.(Repro: Carpet, Headliner,Rear interior and door panels, package tray insulation, door weatherstrip kt, T3 head light set, door window felts, 1/4 window rubbers, trunk mat, NOS: front valance, lower front air dam, left fender, PMD center caps, roof rail weatherstrip,ww mouldings, valance chrome trim, parking lamp bezels, parking lamp lens, door sill mouldings, pitman arm) This was my daily driver up until the past year. I'm asking $ 25,000.00 or best offer for the car. Parts are extra. Please e-mail [email protected] for questions and photo's or GM Canada Documentation. Best regards, Chuck

Yes, this did sell on eBay and the buyer did not send a deposit. I hired a friend to sell this car and some others because I am going through some personal stuff right now and don't have the time. There was some miscommunication. Therefore I am making the time to sell it myself and make sure everything is crystal clear. Chuck

The car is in NH where I live. I bought it in PA 5 years ago. It was being stored in FL prior to that. It's just a coincidence my friend that tried to help sell it happens to live in FL. The car does have a FL title but I have been driving it in NH for 5 years. NH is a non title state for older cars so no title is needed. Chuck

I don't have a price list yet. I will try to do that after Xmas and post in the parts section. In the mean time if you want to make an offer I will consider it. Chuck [email protected]

Could you please post pictures of the trunk, undercarriage, and the PHS?
