Tim is a member like no other!!!! He and I made a deal for a non Pontiac item... He promptly paid me! The money came through Paypal just like he said it would! I unfortunately had some unexpected distractions happen in my life. A death in my family, unexpected illness, etc, etc. Nothing that everyone unfortunately doesn't have to deal with at some point in their lives. Well this caused a long delay for me to ship his item! Not the way I like to do business with anyone but especially a fellow Pontiac enthusiast during the holiday season. I tried to make up for the delay and include some little extras he didn't ask for and as luck would have it the item arrived just before Christmas.

Tim not only put up with this delay and was totally sympathetic to the events happening in my life that were out of my hands. He went above and beyond! Tim purchased a spiral cut honey ham from a store in my town. He sent me the code and arrangements so I could pick this up at my convenience. It was a very thoughtful gesture and was really appreciated! This I felt needed to be shared with the group! He is truly a class act! I just can't thank him enough! I wanted everyone to know the kind of person this is and if you ever have an opportunity to do business with Tim you should feel very comfortable. I hope he gives me a chance in the future to redeem myself because I live by simple rules - what goes around comes around and treat people the way you wish to be treated.
