Default 64 Rear end

Hi Guys my 64 tri power 4 speed car came with a 3:23 gear ratio rear end. Well that was the only thing missing when I bought it. I now have a 64 hardtop auto with the origanal 3:23 rear end my question is are there any diffrences seeing one was a 4speed and the other an automatic. I want to swap it

as Chrisp said as long as both are 3.23s they are the same unless one was a posi and one wasn't but the housings would be the same. The difference between a 4 and 5 is the cast bushing receptor for the upper control arm the 64 has a smaller od bushing.
