CA Black Plate / Licence Plate Restorations...
I just dropped off one of my CA black plates...nice guy, he does excellent work... he owns a legitimate shop and he doesn't work out of his house; it's not too cheap ($75/ea) but he is a professional pinstriper so what do you expect?
