Finally put the motor back in my car and got it running but the brake lights came on and wont go off unless I disconnect the battery. The headlights and turn signals work OK. A place I called said possible grounding issue. Have gone over the car several times but can't figure out what's wrong. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks

I'd check the brake light switch on top of the foot pedal and adjust if necessary or test the switch as a starting point.

Agreed, that should be an easy fix. Your switch is plastic and threaded, I'd guess it just got pushed back. Should be an easy and free, fix for you.
